In 2006, Laps for Learning provided funds to assist in the construction of a school in the village of Bumburi, Kenya. Much needed school supplies were also donated to the village by Laps for Learning. Additionally, Laps for Learning assisted with emergency medical care for a little boy with fatal cancer.
